It happens all the time...

I heard a story yesterday about an elderly woman who lives east of Hagerstown. Apparently she opened her door for a man who said he worked for the government, and once he was inside, he threatened her and took a bunch of her stuff.

The police are investigating, because as it turns out, the man didn't really work for the government at all.

I guess somehow that makes a difference.
